With this week's release our mobile app receives a massive update, giving you a reason to get reacquainted with some of our long-standing best in class features, and learn about our latest improvements.
Our mobile app further extends the usability of Dozuki on the floor and in the field — some highlights being the ability to view procedures without an Internet connection, support for machine translation into nearly 50 languages and the ability to easily switch between logged-in users.
Let’s preview some of these features:
View guides outside of network range with Offline Guide Viewing
In locations with limited Internet connectivity—a common scenario in industrial environments—offline viewing is a must. You now have the ability to download any guide for offline viewing.
Let users complete their training curriculum in the field with Courses
Users now have the ability to view and complete training assignments through the mobile experience. We provide a more streamlined interface making it more intuitive for users to access Courses on mobile.
Support continuous improvement on the front line with Guide Commenting
Capture feedback on procedure steps directly from workers in the field, is the most efficient way to process improvement. When feedback is integrated into procedures, users often show more pride and ownership in their work.
Ensure every worker understands their work instruction with Machine Translation
With the diversity of today’s modern workforce, and the extreme conditions of industrial environments, it’s more important than ever to provide work instructions in the native language of your workers. Your users can now more easily switch between languages when viewing Guides in app.
Switch between logged-in users with ‘Multi-User Sign-In’
Say goodbye to sharing the same credentials between users. You can now easily switch between logged-in users on the same device.
This represents only a small selection of the improvements we've made to the mobile app. There's also been significant backend development, providing a foundation for new functionality that we'll be releasing in the coming months. All together we're working to provide you with the best user experience possible.
