Over the past few months, we've released a rapid succession of updates that might have gone unnoticed if you've been heads down in your work.

That's why we've put together this brief roundup to refresh your memory and ensure that you're taking full advantage of all the benefits our platform has to offer.

From granular permissioning to per-step timing, read on to discover the exciting new tools we've added to help you manage your standards and workflows with greater ease and efficiency.

Change Aware

We've released a new way to show your users what has changed on the Guide they are looking at, since the last time they viewed it. Additionally, we log when they've acknowledged seeing the changes (link).

Periodic Review

This update provides a failsafe system to ensure your standards are continuously reviewed by stakeholders on a rolling basis. Think of this as a failsafe to keep your standards from ever slipping through the cracks (link).

Granular Permissioning

You now have the ability to delegate trust to your employees in a much more granular fashion. We've begun to enable your ability to control user access in specific pages within the Manage console (link).

Table Editor

We released a major update to the WYSIWYG editor inside of both Wiki pages and Guide introductions. Now you can create/edit/etc tables directly on page, without any code syntax (link).

Approvals for Wikis

This update empowers you to leverage our Document Control functionality for even more types of content. Approval Processes are key to Continuously Improving your standards and now Wiki Pages are supported (link).

Per-Step Timing

For Guides where you have Data Capture enabled; you can now specify the length of time each Guide Step should take for completion. This gives you the ability to not just define expectations, but to also measure actual time spent (link).
